Choosing the right home inspector
can be difficult. Unlike most
professionals, you probably will not
get to meet me until after you hire me.
Furthermore, different inspectors
have varying qualifications,
equipment, experience, reporting
methods, and yes, different pricing.
One thing for sure is that a home inspection requires work, a lot of
work and good detective skills. Ultimately, a thorough home
inspection depends heavily on the individual inspector's own effort
and interpretation of the visible clues.
In the last 16 years I have inspected over 6,400 homes for clients
like you. More than 30 Real Estate Agents have had me inspect
homes that they were purchasing, or that were being purchased by
their grown children, family, relatives or close friends.
