Training & Certifications:
In order to maintain the highest level of education, Advisor Home Inspection inspectors attain a minimum of 20 hours of training annually. Inspectors have passed the National Inspectors Exam and as required by NH State licensing, have undergone a criminal background check.
David has been a past Officer (Secretary, Treasurer, Vice-President) and Educational Director of the NH Chapter of the American Society of Home Inspectors.
David and a number of other experienced home inspectors who saw the need for a proper State licensing credential showing Home Inspector competency lobbied for Licensing and finally were successful in late 2008 when Governor John Lynch signed the Home Inspector Licensing Bill into law.
He also currently serves as Vice Chairman of the NH State Home Inspector Licensing Board.
