All inspections are in compliance with the American Society of Home
Inspectors (ASHI) Standards of Practice.
Home buyers are requested to be present during the 2 to 3 hour inspection.
Please schedule the appointment to be convenient to you.
Please review the Inspection Agreement to familiarize yourself with items that
are examined and those that are beyond the scope of a typical home inspection.
Checking for Radon levels in the air and water, and testing the
Water Quality of a private well can be done during the home inspection for an
additional fee.
Septic System inspections are highly recommended and can be arranged to
be done by a septic inspection company at the same time as the home
inspection. If you have done business with a septic company, you may want to
schedule them for an inspection of the system at your new home. If you prefer,
we will set up the septic inspection for you.
